Rachael is a fine art photographer and printer. An Ilford Certified printer, Rachael runs a professional fine art printing service under her business name, Rāhera Creative.

In her art practice Rachael creates images of the beauty found in the everyday, she sees making images as an escape, a release, a means of disengaging and reengaging with the world around her. She has a master’s degree in fine arts, is an Ilford Master, Sony NZ Digital Imaging Advocate, and NZIPP Master of Photography with 1 gold bar. Rachael enjoys sharing her passion for photography and printing with others. She does this by running workshops on creative image capture, long exposure, travel and landscape photography and fine art printing from her Palmerston North studio space and on location throughout New Zealand.
