Romuald is a practising artist member of the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts (NZAFA) where he regularly exhibits. Rom is the founder of a new way of painting known as Prealism which liberates the artist from their own ego through a process of kenosis (emptying of the will). Paintings are created through the interplay of water, ink and paint and result in images which cannot be created in any other way.
