Romuald, a practicing artist member of the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts, is the founder
of Prealism , which liberates the artist from their own ego through a process of kenosis (emptying of the will). Paintings are created through the interplay of water, ink and paint and result in images which cannot be created in any other way. Visitors will be able to add to a Prealist painting in a Prealist way.
