I have been painting all my life, and enjoy depicting skies and water, and everything in between. The ever changing light on the landscape captivates me, and I try to express this in all my work.
Since moving to Marton 8 years ago I have enjoyed being an active member of the Marton Arts and Crafts Centre, and the Feilding and Districts Art Society, where I was fortunate enough to win in the 2022 Members Art Awards exhibition. I also exhibit at Marton Barbers Art Gallery, and the Memelink Gallery in Wellington.
My working career was with the printing industry, running my own graphic design business. I undertook many illustration and painting commissions, this developed my interest in working in water colour and oils. I now paint full time when not out in the garden.
